A “first track” or the “first hit” off the backcountry kicker… Fresh powder runs and untouched areas are their favourites. The tracks they leave, are sometimes the only witnesses of unforgettable moments in the vast wilderness of the snowy mountain peaks.
The right equipment and knowing how to use an avalanche transceiver, shovel and probe saves lives out there. They respect the mountain and take as little risk as possible. It’s not about dangergous lines or kicker-landings into an averlanche mountain side - it’s quality, not quantity that counts!
