Riding Style
Freestyle
FREESTYLE boards are designed for use in the pipe, on kickers and on rails. While boards with a softer flex are better for jibbing and slopestyle riding, our team riders prefer a stiffer flex for huge pipes and kickers, as well as for hard conditions.
Freeride
FREERIDE boards have the widest range of use. Freeriding, for us, means snowboarding on all kinds of terrain in any snow conditions. Whether it’s an ollie over a bump, a 360° off a kicker, or speedy turns in the backcountry or on the piste – you’ll master all this and more with these boards.
Powder
When it’s snowed all night and you’re the first on the lift the next morning, these POWDER boards will give you an unforgettable day. With their setback stance and unique shape, they give enormous lift, no matter how deep the powder or how flat the slope.
Speed
The SPEED group covers multiple categories: freecarve, boardercross, and alpine racing. Just the ticket for anyone on the lookout for the ultimate speed kick!
Skill Level
Master
MASTERS are defined by perfect riding, clean tricks and carved turns. They also have heaps of experience and are working on perfecting their style.
Expert
EXPERTS can confidently handle any kind of terrain and have set their snowboarding sights high. They owe their skills, for the most part, to both hard work and talent.
Advanced
The ADVANCED group of riders are characterized by ambitious riders who ride in their free time, can tackle pretty much any kind of terrain and enjoy trying out new tricks and quick turns.
Rookie
ROOKIES are novices and beginners, this also refers to those who’ve already stood on a board and tried to make their first turns.
Waist
Extra Wide
EXTRA WIDE means boards with a waist of around 270 mm, which are therefore ideal for riders with bigger feet. Thanks to their cleverly designed shape they react fast and, despite their width, are excellent to ride.
Mid Waist
Normal shoe size, but bulky boots? No problem! The MID WAIST boards are about 260 mm wide and are prefect for riders with relatively big boots who don’t quite fall into the EXTRA WIDE category.
Normal
NORMAL describes boards with waist widths from 250 mm to 255 mm. They’re not too narrow and not too wide – just right for riders with standard boot sizes.
Narrow
Boards designated as NARROW aren’t just made for riders with relatively small feet, but are also ideal for women. In addition to having widths of around 240 mm, their shapes and flexes are specifically designed for lighter weight riders with smaller feet. This increases women’s choices, from 3 to a total of 7 boards.
Kids
The KIDS range comprises boards designed for our future rippers. A harmonic shape with a soft flex makes for good, clean snowboarding even in the early years.
Flex Level
The Flex Level has three specifications: STIFF, MEDIUM and SOFT. Keep in mind that the given level always refers to the specific riding style category!
Stiff
A STIFF flex provides more dampening at high speeds, better stability on icy runs and makes it easier to land big airs. Perfect for anyone who wants to push the limits.
Medium
Whether it’s icy runs or slush, the MEDIUM flex is perfectly suited for any conditions. Well suited to riders who are at home on all kinds of terrain.
Soft
A SOFT flex is forgiving and ideal for beginners. However, good riders swear by a soft flex and its more comfortable riding characteristics in certain situations, be it jibbing or having fun on runs without having to waste lots of energy.
